A criminal case against a citizen of Azerbaijan, accused of murder, has been forwarded to the court of Novomoskovsk city of Tula oblast of Russia, Interfax reports.
30-year-old Zaur Mammadov fired several shots at his friend from Azerbaijan in “Goychay” café in Novomoskovsk on June 12. The wounded man was immediately provided with medical care, but he died in hospital on June 30. The offender fled the scene. However, he was detained after six weeks.
