Azerbaijani national was shot dead in Istanbul on October 14, according to haber1.com.
26-year-old Elvin Jafarov was shot with a pistol while walking in Nishanja neighborhood in Istanbul.
The police questioned witnesses of the murder who confirmed that several unknowns shot at the Azerbaijani national. It became known that the victim worked for a Turkish transport company with subsidiaries abroad.
Eight empty cartridges were found at the crime scene. The body of the victim is kept in a morgue. Police have launched an investigation. Law enforcement authorities of Turkey do not exclude that the murder was premeditated.
