
A book "Conceptual bases of rehabilitation of post-conflict territories of Azerbaijan" will be presented at the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) in Moscow.
Presenters for the event are Editor-in-chief of the Vestnik Kavkaza and Trend Expert Council Member Alexei Vlasov and PhD in historical sciences, Professor Eldar Ismayilov.
Attending the presentation and discussions will be RSUH rector Efim Pivovar, one of the authors of the book Nazim Muzaffarli, Head of Political Analysis and Prognosis of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Farhad Mammadov, MP Rasim Musabeyov, expert and conflictologist, the Caucasus University Pro-rector Rovshan Ibrahimov, associate professor of the Moscow State University's Faculty of History, Director of the Center for Caucasian Studies at the RSUH, Trend Expert Council member Ismayil Agakishiyev.
The book is dedicated to analysis of new aspects of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict - issue of infrastructural and institutional reconstruction after the conflict.
The book has been prepared by the World Bank based on studies in different world regions associated with the experience of post-conflict rehabilitation, in particular, problems associated with the restoring infrastructure, resettling population, ensuring proper living and creating new jobs.
