Azerbaijan Central Election Commission registered 1,016 international observers so far

Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission (CEC) has registered 1,016 international observers and 41 journalists from 18 media outlets to monitor the November 7 parliamentary elections.
The CEC has registered 3,466 local observes, while 42,494 have been registered at constituency election commissions.

Of them, 5,322 are representatives of the NGOs, while 8,097 represent political parties and their blocks.

International observers represent OSCE/ODIHR, CIS monitoring mission, PACE and Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking countries.
