Azerbaijan, China sign protocol on exchange of ratified documents

Azerbaijan and China signed a protocol on exchange of the ratified documents on the "Agreement on Extradition between Azerbaijan and China". The document was undersigned at the receipt of Chinese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zhang Yanyan by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov today, the Azerbaijani foreign ministry reported.

Based on the provisions of this Agreement dated March 17, 2005, the ratification comes into force after 30 days from the date of exchange of the documents, that is, from Dec.1, 2010.
