CIS Execute Committee's electoral chief visits Azerbaijan

Chief of the CIS Executive Committee's department for elections Eugene Sloboda has arrived in Azerbaijan. He will inspect pre-election situation in the country and familiarize himself with changes made to the Electoral Code.
