Azerbaijani embassy in Kazakhstan marked the Azerbaijani Armed Forces anniversary

The Azerbaijan`s embassy to Kazakhstan hosted a solemn reception to mark the anniversary of Azerbaijan Armed Forces. The event brought together diplomats, intellectuals and Azerbaijan diaspora members.

Speaking at the event, Azerbaijani military attaché Khazar Abbasov told of the history of creation of Azerbaijan Armed Forces. He informed the participants that Armenia continues to disregard 4 UN Security Council resolutions demanding unconditional withdrawal of Armenian troops from occupied lands. He also touched upon Azerbaijan's participation in the NATO Partnership for Peace program and Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan military ties.
