Azerbaijani MPs to attend Pace Monitoring Committee's meeting

Chairman of Milli Majlis committee on international relations and inter-parliamentary ties, head of the parliamentary delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov and MP Aydin Abbasov will be attending a meeting of the PACE Monitoring Committee to take place on May 18-20 in Paris.

The meeting participants will discuss a number of issues including a draft report on the activities of democratic institutions in Azerbaijan, the state of democracy in Europe, improvement of the Assembly's monitoring procedure, post monitoring dialogue with Turkey, situation in Georgia, implementation of the commitments of Albania, Armenia, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
