Azerbaijani President offers Independence Day greetings to Israeli counterpart

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory message to Israeli counterpart Shimon Peres on the country's Independence day.

“I hope that development of Azerbaijan-Israel relationship, strengthening of our friendship and cooperation will further serve the interests of our peoples,” the letter says.

The Head of State wished the Israeli leader robust health, successes in his activities and friendly people of Israel - peace and prosperity.
