Azerbaijan to observe a moment of silence to honoor Polish president's memory

The Polish President Lech Kaczynski and his wife, senior officials of state and government of Poland, who were tragically killed by a plane crash near Smolensk April 10, will be commemorated with a moment of silence by people and car, accompanied by high signals of vessels and trains in Azerbaijan at 15:00 Baku time on April 18, Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Head Ramiz Mehdiyev said in an interview with the AzerTaj state news agency.
