Azerbaijani President receives Council of Europe commissioner for human rights

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received Thomas Hammarberg, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights.They exchanged views on a number of issues, including human rights and settlement of the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
