Russian ambassador says concrete progress possible in resolving Karabakh conflict next year

Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin believes that concrete results will be achieved in resolving the Nagorno Karabakh conflict next year.

“If the negotiations continue so quickly and positively, we can hope for an agreement in the settlement of the conflict next year,” the diplomat said.
