Azerbaijani president receives chief of Int'l Boxing Association

Ching-Kuo Wu praised his meeting with the Azerbaijani leader during the Beijing Olympic Games.

The International Boxing Association`s president said the organization`s Executive Committee unanimously decided to hold the next World Youth Boxing Championship in Baku. He praised efforts of the Azerbaijan Boxing Federation towards developing boxing in the country.

President Ilham Aliyev hailed the decision of the Executive Committee, saying holding of international tournaments in Azerbaijan contributed to strengthening the country`s international profile.
