
Special Representative of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and Georgia Goran Lenmarker plans to visit the region in Jan. 2010.
Lenmarker reminded about the presidential elections and said if the visit schedule gave an opportunity he would visit the South Caucasus in January.
"Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers met yesterday. The process is going on and I think there is an opportunity to find solution to the problem soon because both sides need it."
Speaking about the Kazakhstan’s presidency at OSCE, Lenmarker said it could have a positive impact on solution to the conflict because of common history and culture of the post-soviet countries.
