Azerbaijani president congratulates Hamid Karzai on reelection

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory message to President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai on his reelection on Nov. 3.
The Head of State expressed confidence “we will continue joint efforts to strengthen and develop friendly relations and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Afghanistan”.

President Ilham Aliyev wished Hamid Karzai “robust health, happiness and successes in your activities for the welfare of the friendly people of Afghanistan”.
