Azerbaijan appoints new ambassador to Greece

On Oct. 22, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree appointing Rahman Mustafayev Azerbaijan's ambassador to Greece, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

Upon another presidential decree, Rahman Mustafayev was conferred the diplomatic rank of ambassador of Azerbaijan Republic.  

Upon decree by the President Ilham Aliyev, Mir-Hamza Afandiyev was recalled from his post as ambassador of Azerbaijan to Greece according to paragraph 15 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic.
