Rally against Turkey-Armenia protocols to be staged in northern Azerbaijan

Some nongovernmental organizations in the northern Azerbaijan are going to rally against the protocols signed between Turkey and Armenia.
The organizing committee has already been established for rally.

NGOs say they will start actions, if the protocols are ratified in the Turkish parliament.
