14 October 2009 [17:17] - TODAY.AZ
“No one can interfere with and undermine Azerbaijan-Turkey relations,” Member of Azerbaijani Parliament and head of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Samad Seyidov told Turkish reporters, CNN Turk reported.
"Today we heard the words of the Speaker of Turkish Parliament that “we want this (the normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations) proceed in parallel with resolution of the Karabakh problem.” The Azerbaijani delegation is very satisfied,” the MP said.

"Relations between our countries are built and developed on the principle of “one nation - two states". Let no one think that it could create problems between our countries. The Azerbaijani delegation will continue to meet with officials from Turkey, and through these meetings our relationship will be raised to an even higher level,” he said.

"We are two states, which act and conduct its policy in one direction, and so I am sure that Turkey will maintain high-level policy in this respect. The meetings of our delegation will be followed by a news conference,” Seyidov said.

On Oct. 13, a group of member of Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (parliament) left for Turkey. The visit will last until the end of the week.
