Heads of several CIS member states not to attend Chisinau meeting

Presidents of Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan will not take part at the meeting of the heads of the CIS member states to take place In Chisinau on Oct. 9, Moldovian Foreign Ministry official Alexei Krakan said.
“Kazakhstan and Tajikistan will be represented by prime minister and Turkmenistan by vice prime minister,” he said.
