One more state recognizes Georgia's break-away South Ossetia and Abkhazia regions

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced about recognition of South Ossetia and Abkhazia's independence by Venezuela at the talks with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on Sept. 10.
"Venezuela recognizes independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia," he said.

Up to now Russia and Nicaragua have recognized independence of these break-away regions.
