Azerbaijani, Turkish FMs have telephone conversation

The two foreign ministers discussed development of Turkey-Armenia relations, in particular, the recent protocols on establishing diplomatic relations between Turkey and Armenia.

On Sept. 1, Turkey and Armenia in talks mediated by Switzerland reached an agreement to begin “internal political consultations” on signing of “Protocol on Establishing Diplomatic Relations” and “Protocol on Development of Bilateral Relations.”
