France congratulates Turkey, Armenia

France has congratulated Turkey and Armenia on occasion of the agreement to start “internal political consultations”, signing the “Protocol on establishing diplomatic relations” and “Protocol on the development of bilateral relations”, Anadolu news agency quoted Turkish presidential administration as saying.

“The normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia will be a historic event which will ensure stability in the region,” the statement said.
