Azerbaijan-NATO maintain close ties: ruling party official

The next session od the NATO parliamentary assembly will be held in November in Edinburgh, Azerbaijani ruling New Azerbaijan Party official and member of parliament Siyavush Novruzov said in an interview with party’s official Web site.
He said NATO and Azerbaijan maintain close ties.

“We cooperate in a rational manner on a number of issues,” he said.

Novruzov said the session will focus on issues not discussed yet.

The session’s agenda will be made public in September.
