Azerbaijani MP to monitor Kyrgyz presidential elections

Azerbaijani member of parliament Rufat Guliyev will leave for Bishkek on July 21 to monitor presidential elections on July 23, the parliament said.
Azerbaijani MP who will represent CIS observation mission will visit polling stations and monitor the vote.

The visit will end on July 26.
