OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs did not trip to Nagorno-Karabakh due to bad weather conditions

The visit to Nagorno-Karabakh by co-chairs the OSCE Minsk Group on resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict Mathew Bryza, Yuri Merzlyakov and Bernard Fassier was delayed again due to unfavorable weather conditions.

The visit has been postponed for already three times. The planned April and May visits were also postponed due to bad weather conditions.
