Azerbaijan's opposition party not ruling out participation in municipal elections within a bloc

He said candidates to take part in elections are being defined on the spots.

"The party will soon start holding zonal sessions", noted he.

As for whether the party can take part in elections within a bloc, Alibeyli said the following:

"We support participation in elections within a bloc and the party might take part in elections within any association. Yet we consider that the bloc might include only several oppositional parties. Though talks are not held now, the party might start holding them".
