Azerbaijan President congratulates Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on re-election as president of Iran

"We place a particular emphasis on development of overall relations between our countries. We are pleased with close cooperation and constantly developing business relations that exist between our countries..." the President said in his message.

The Head of State also expressed confidence the Azerbaijan-Iran relations would "continue strengthening to meet our peoples` interests".
