Heydar Aliyev's hard work in adoption of Azerbaijan's Constitution is undeniable: first vice speaker

Hard work of leader Heydar Aliyev in designing and adopting Azerbaijan's Constitution can not be denied, Azerbaijani parliament's First Vice Speaker Ziyafat Asgarov said at the conference "Heydar Aliyev's Ideas: Azerbaijan's Path of Development in 21st Century" in the Gulustan palace.

"Adopting of the Constitution is an important public and political event which contributed to Azerbaijan's reputation worldwide," Asgarov said.

He said Heydar Aliyev is a founder of lawful state in Azerbaijan.

"In general, not all nations have lawful and constitutional state. We are happy that national leader Heydar Aliyev laid foundation of lawful state," he added.

Ruling New Azerbaijan Party (NAP) Board of Director and Political Council members visited grave of national leader Heydar Aliyev before the conference.

Azerbaijan marks 86th birthday of national leader Heydar Aliyev.
