NATO wants sergeant personnel to be improved in Azerbaijani Armed Forces, director of military cooperation unit of Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), Major-General Frantisek Maleninskiy said, APA reports.
Maleninskiy said NATO was assisting Azerbaijan in preparing Sea Security Strategy. Joint activities are being taken to make military education in compliance with NATO standards and to transfer Armed Forces to J structure.
