Azerbaijani President congratulates his Polish counterpart

On Saturday, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev congratulated his Polish counterpart Lech Kaczynski on the national holiday of the State of IPoland - Constitution Day, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
In his congratulation letter, the Head of State expressed hope that the relations of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Poland will further develop in the interests of both peoples.
