President of Uzbekistan Islam Kerimov expressed his deep condolences to President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev over the terrible tragedy that occurred at Azerbaijan State Oil Academy, which claimed the lives of innocent people, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
