Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev receives Tuesday Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan Vasili Istratov due to completion of his diplomatic activity in Azerbaijan, according to the press service for the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
The sides discussed the development of bilateral Azerbaijani-Russian relations, the regional situation, process of talks on the peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict.
