President of Azerbaijan receives President for Exploration & Production of Total Company

On Feb. 27, the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Yves-Louis Darricarrere, President for Exploration & Production of France's Total Company, AzerTaj State news agency reported.
Head of the State stressed the significance of signing of the exploration, development and production sharing agreement for the Absheron block in Azerbaijan between the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and the Total E& P Absheron B.V. Ilham Aliyev expressed his confidence for further cooperation with Total.

Mr. Darricarrere stressed the significance of the agreement. He underlined that there were ample opportunities to successfully cooperate with Azerbaijan.
