Armenian Foreign Ministry: "OSCE MG co-chairs have not presented amendments to the basic principles of the Karabakh conflict resolution to Armenia"

"I do not think that this statement is true as the co-chairs did not introduce any amendments at least at the meetings with the Armenian side", said Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan during the press conference.

He said during the meeting in Yerevan the sides discussed closing of positions of the sides on the basis of Madrid proposals and in the light of the statements, adopted in Madrid and Helsinki.

Armenian Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov said in Baku that the international mediators presented some amendments to the basic principles of the Karabakh conflict resolution to Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Notably, the OSCE MG co-chairs visited the region on January 19-20 and held meetings with the Foreign Ministers and Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
