The Civil solidarity party, chaired by Milli Medjlis deputy and co-chair of the Congress of World Azerbaijanis Sabir Rustamkhanly, has sent an appeal to the Interior Minister Ramil Usuvov, Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Zakir Garalov and Minister of National Security of Azerbaijan Eldar Mahmudov due to the issuance to death fatwa by Nardaran residents, said head of the office of the party Samir Asadly.
