Center of Cooperation of Opposition intending to file claim against Baku mayor's office

He said the claim of the center has already been considered in the regional court and currently the parties are preparing necessary documents to present them to the Appellate Court.

"We are going to go against the mayor's office till the end, as the rejection to sanction the action of the parties in the center of Baku does not meet the law "On Freedom of Assembly". Under it, the organizers of mass actions define places and time of the action.

In the said case the mayor's office has rudely violated the rights of the political parties", noted Hajili.

The Center of Cooperation of Opposition includes the Musavat party, Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, Civil Development Party, Liberal Party of Azerbaijan and Public forum "For Azerbaijan".
