Azerbaijan imports 81,245 passenger cars through 11 months of 2008

"In January-November of 2008 import of transport means and their spare parts made 17.16% of the overall volume of import to the country ($6495768.1 thousand), which is 44.35% higher as compared to the same indicator of the previous year", says the statement.

At the same time 41,962 passenger cars in the amount of $357962.1 thousand were imported under cargo customs declarations, which is 40.2% higher as compared to similar indicator of the previous year. By customs receipt orders 39,283 passenger cars in the amount of $238785.9 thousand were imported.
