The Appellate Court considered the appeal of the Liberal-Democratic Party of Azerbaijan against the head of the State committee for state property management Hasan Kerimov, said party chairman Fuad Aliyev.

He noted that the court dismissed the claim of the party about allocation of the head office by the state, upholding the decision of the Khatai district court.
"Next week we plan to file a claim to the Supreme Court. Yet we do not hope that this instance will grant our claim.
In this connection the party is planning to appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
The party is confident that the European court will grant the claim as under the law "On political parties, the state is bound to allocate a head office to the party which passed a state registration and took part in the presidential elections", noted he.
The session was notably held with participation of OSCE representatives.
