Hafiz Hajiyev: "The bullying in the armed forces of Azerbaijan is profitable for corrupted officials"

He said these groupings form the psychology of a young soldier.

"Soldiers' parents appeal to me with a request to raise these issues. I will do everything possible, but I think the public must also observe the situation in the army. Young people go to the army service to fulfill their duty, not for their being humiliated.

Naturally, I do not exclude that internal and external powers, which want to weaken the army, are to be blamed for the bulling in the Azerbaijani armed forces.

Moreover, it is also profitable for corrupted officials. My accusations addressed to them is explained by the fact that they are aware of the difficult state they are currently in. Yet, I think, they will not be able to attain the tasks set", noted Hajiyev.
