5,359 constituencies formed in Azerbaijan due to presidential elections

5,359 constituencies have been formed by the Central Electoral Commission of Azerbaijan in connection with the presidential elections of October, reports Day.Az with reference to the Independent press center.
According to the statement, of them 5148 are permanent, 33 are functioning at the embassies, consulates and permanent representative offices of Azerbaijan abroad.

"The remaining constituencies have been created in five days before voting. These constituencies will operate on the ships, sailing under the state flag of Azerbaijan in the world seas, health and resort facilities and others", says the statement.
