Azerbaijanis of Georgia support Ilham Aliyev's candidacy for presidency

The Center of Azerbaijani Culture in Georgia has released an appeal on presidential elections in Azerbaijan on behalf of our compatriots, residing in this country, said the press service for the State Committee for work with Azerbaijanis, residing abroad.

The appeal states that Azerbaijanis in Georgia closely watch the successful development of Azerbaijan, as it also influences their lives.

"The upcoming presidential elections in Azerbaijan are also in the center of our attention. We take pride in the development of Azerbaijan through the whole term of Ilham Aliyev's presidency.

We remember his visit to Georgia in 2004 and meeting with us. The meetings, Ilham Aliyev held in Georgia, laid a foundation for a new development of the region. We fully support Ilham Aliyev's candidacy for presidency and we call on the Azerbaijani citizens, who are associated with Georgia, to vote for Ilham Aliyev on October 15". says the appeal.
