20 September 2008 [11:01] - TODAY.AZ
"The independent countries of this region - Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, as concerned parties - should hold talks on the settlement of conflicts in the Caucasus, said Goran Lennmarker, special representative of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly on the situation in Georgia and former speaker of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, who is also the honored chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, according to Interfax.

He voiced this announcement during the hearings "OSCE in the open world" on the recent conflict in Georgia Friday.

He considers it expedient to invite Turkey to the talks. At the same time, Lennmarker noted that the Nagorno Karabakh conflict may also become a subject of discussions in the framework of these talks.
