Muasir Musavat party does not intend to file a claim to the court against the Central Election Commission, said party chairman and presidential candidate Hafiz Hajiyev.
He noted that the decision of the Central Election Commission not to allocate funds to him for holding the agitation campaign, is a rude mistake.
"We were not warned in 2003 that after elections we should return money to the state. It is a great regret that such actions are taken against the party which adheres to the state policy.
Moreover, all money allocated to us was spent for holding the agitation campaign.
In today's situation we do not intend to appeal to courts, as we consider it to be senseless", noted he.
As for the means to be used for party's participation in the elections, Hajiyev said:
"Though we are in such a difficult state today and the state has not allocated funds for us, the party intends to join the elections. The party will take part in the elections for its own means. Moreover, there is a sufficient number of wealthy people in the political structure, who help us in this process", said Hajiyev.
