The session of parliamentary commission on international ties and interparliamentary relations was held on September 9.

Day.Az reports that the agenda included several issues of ratification of the agreements on friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and several countries, including Russia.
In his welcoming speech, commission chairman Samed Seidov announced that amendments were introduced to the agenda and the issue of ratification of a memorandum between Azerbaijan and Russia "On friendship and strategic partnership" was put off until one of the next sessions of the commission to hold serious discussions.
