President of Azerbaijan congratulates Brazil counterpart on Independence Day

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev congratulated Brazil counterpart Luis Ignasio Lul de Silva on national holiday of this country-Day of Independence, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.
In his letter, Aliyev voiced hope that the relations between Azerbaijan and Brazil will develop in the sense of friendship and cooperation for the welfare of our peoples.

"On this remarkable day I offer you my best wishes and wish peace and welfare to your friendly people", says the letter.
