Azerbaijani representative to NATO: "Azerbaijan's cooperation with NATO is not targeted against a third country"

"I would not say that we are falling behind someone in the region. Azerbaijan is a sovereign state and, indeed, it takes all decisions in the sphere of our external policy independently", said Khasiyev.
