Azerbaijan's Defense Minister receives representative of US marine forces

Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Safar Abiyev received commander of the 5th fleet and joined marine forces of the Central command of US marine forces vice admiral Kevin Cosgrief, according to the press service for the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan.

As is reported the Minister informed the visitor about the level of cooperation in the military sphere, tense situation, connected with the resolution of the Karabakh conflict.

Moreover, the sides exchanged views regarding prospects of cooperation between the marine forces of Azerbaijan and the United States.
