Political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan: "Format of talks on Nagorno Karabakh conflict is not expected to change following the meetings of the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan"

"I do not see any changes in the two countries, which would promote changes in the format of the talks. What new are they going to do?", noted the political scientist at a press conference on Friday.

He said a real breakthrough in the talks can only be possible when changes occur in the region.

"If not for the external world, negotiations would not have been held. The conditions, which make us pretend to be negotiating and discuss something, are created from the outside", said the political scientist.
