Azadlyg newspaper correspondent Agil Halil interrogated in Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's office

The interrogation lasted for two hours with participation of the defender and a member of the Council for Press.

Day.Az reports with reference to Azadlyg radio that the due information was provided by A.Halil personally.

"I was put questions, connected with my departure. I explained that the visit is connected with the personal case. I was told that I can not leave the country, as my help  to the investigation is needed. They wanted me to give a written undertaking not to leave the place, but I refused to do it", said Halil.

He considers that the direction of the investigation was not changed. The investigators announced that the investigation is nearing its completion.

During the interrogation, Halil noted that unknowns had recently attempted to kidnap him and throw under the train in underground.

It should be noted that on May 12 the Prosecutor General's office declared that A.Halil's attempt to leave the country had been prevented.
