There have been omissions in Armenia's external policy on Karabakh, said speaker of Armenian National Assembly Tigran Torosyan, presenting a draft announcement on the resolution of Karabakh conflict.

"Unfortunately, we have lost a significant period of time and I think the trends can turn dangerous, if we do not take measures to change the situation today", the speaker noted.
According to Torosyan, consolidated work on this issue is needed as the work is carried out on the level of separate persons.
"Certainly, it is easy to criticize and abuse separate reporters, different organizations, to present themselves as patriots but the resolution of Karabakh problem does not benefit from it. Unfortunately, the consistent coordinated work in scientific and political circles is almost absent and everything remains on the level of initiative of separate persons, which is inadmissible", said Torosyan.
The head of the Armenian parliament considers that international law was often not taken into account, while the approaches and steps of Nagorno Karabakh from are perfect considering the international law.
Torosyan considers it necessary to hold serious analysis, for the Armenian representatives to have their results in different structures and the participants of the negotiation process to get a reliable basis.
According to the speaker the initiative may come from the parliament, as scientific circles lack due programs. "We can create a group of specialists to work in this direction", Torosyan's noted.
Torosyan considers it necessary to fill this omission of Armenia in the resolution of the Karabakh problem. "This is an omission of the structures, which were to work in this direction. Though the talks were successful, there were some shortages as to the back supply, which should be removed immediately", the speaker of Armenian parliament said.
